Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first account page you see after onboarding. Onboarding is the first setup flow that helps you get started.

Use the Dashboard to get oriented. It gives you a starting point before you move into account settings, people, access, or workspaces.

Left-hand navigation

The left sidebar is the main menu for the Account app. The Account app is the web app for managing your account, people, and workspaces.

You will see these areas:

  • Dashboard: your account landing page.
  • Settings: account details and configuration.
  • Users: people who can sign in.
  • Roles: named bundles of permissions.
  • API Keys: secret credentials for scripts and tools.
  • Services: non-person identities for software.
  • Workspaces: the working areas inside your account.
  • Support and Feedback: links for help and suggestions.

Account access and workspace access

People and access are managed at two levels: the whole account and each individual workspace. The Users, Roles, API Keys, and Services screens work the same way in both places. Only the scope changes.

A role is a named bundle of permissions. A permission is one specific ability. Learn more in Roles and permissions.
