Workspace users
Manage the people who can use one workspace.
Workspace Users works like account Users, but it is scoped to one workspace.
A user is a person who can sign in to Verentis. On this screen, you manage what that person can do inside this workspace only.
For the full walkthrough of the Users screen, see Account users. The actions are the same, but the scope is different.
What you can do
From Workspace Users, you can:
- view people in the workspace
- activate or suspend a user for this workspace
- assign or remove workspace roles
- grant or revoke workspace permissions
A role is a bundle of permissions. A permission is one specific ability. Learn more in Roles and permissions.
